THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A TEACUP SIZED DOG.
All you have is a yorkie on the low end of the breed standard that says 7lbs and under. Warm water and dry it off with a big fluffy towel to keep the dog from catching a chill. A dog that small can easily have issues maintaining body temp.
